Higher footfall translates to increased potential customers and revenue. A bustling environment drives sales and creates a positive cycle of growth and profitability. This is why I am supporting the campaign to connect Wimbledon Park and Southfields to Earlsfield via a new bridge across the Wandle. It will give people on both sides of the river access to shops and services that they cannot currently enjoy.
